Here are the resulting foals from the breeding between Sage & Storm....
Since I couldnt decide whether I wanted a boy or a girl, & whether I wanted a roan foal/bay foal/chestnut foal etc... I decided to make 2!! The foals are Dill (filly) and Nimbus (colt). I like names relating to the parents, & according to the dictionary in MS Word, Dill is a type of Sage (or similar plant thing) & Nimbus is a type of Storm Cloud
Dill is the standing filly. She was first born & is therefore stronger than her brother. Personality-wise, she inherited her sires bad temper. She is strong, boistrous, very hyper, & the dominant of the 2 foals. Her brother, Nimbus, is still fairly weak, he prefers to rest as much as he can, due to his much smaller frame & less energy. All in all he is a whole lot weaker than his sister. Nimbus is pretty shy & a bit of a mummy's boy. However he has a bit of a mistaken temper. He will bite, kick, rear, be uncooperative at times, but it is caused by fear... he is a very fearful foal. The only horses he feels confident around are his mother & his sister, & in time his father.
Dill is a flaxen liver chestnut with slight roaning on her belly & neck. She has golden eyes & similar lightning markings to that of her sire.Nimbus is a lightly roaned Bay with blue eyes & also has the lightning markings... I will update with an adult ref sheet for both horses later. I really hate the expressions on Sage & Nimbus's faces.... Sage looks just plain weird.... kinda as if they are standing on her toes or something (I know horses dont have toes lol), & Nimbus looks angry/annoyed.... he is supposed to look frail, lethargic, almost sad if you like... but he isnt Although I really like how Dill turned out as a whole, her expression shows her almost permanent bad mood ^^
